Our origins go back to 1965, when we first established a reputation for approachability, efficiency and professionalism. Over time, the company incorporated Baron Martin Associates and IMI General Insurance Services, extending our reach and capability.

On 1st February 2020, we were acquired by Melville Burbage Insurance Brokers, a well-respected, Newbury-based firm of independent insurance brokers, established in 1960, with a solid reputation for service and professionalism.

This has enabled us to further extend our range of capabilities, with specialisation in the fields of construction, technology & life science and social welfare, while at the same time, retaining our name, identity, location and staff, ensuring we provide the same local, friendly service to our customers.

Over the years, we have developed relationships with a wide range of personal and commercial insurers, including Lloyds of London, enabling us to provide solutions tailored to our customers’ specific requirements and ensure they are adequately protected.

Under Melville Burbage’s ownership, we continue to enjoy membership of Willis Towers Watson Networks, a network that places over £500m of insurance premium in the UK, giving us significant influence and leverage and enabling us to pass on keen benefits to customers in terms of cover and price.
